We take on new build projects, exterior additions & extensions and interior renovations. -
Yes we have several contractors we work with in the Netherlands & Toronto. We can also work with other contractors, it is best to involve each other early in the design process.

Absolutely. In fact we can do much more than that. With a site survey, existing drawings or local zoning information we can build a digital model of your project and begin many aspects of the design process. From there we can refine and develop it further.

We keep you updated with weekly project reports and we communicate through email, phone and video calls when we can’t meet in person.

It helps but is not required. At the beginning of a project the budget is one of many aspects that gets addressed during design and development.
