This project is located east of Toronto in Pickering, Ontario. It is composed of 2 phases, the first being a carefully considered rear extension for a 3 season room. The property directly backs onto Frenchman’s Bay which has ecological importance as a freshwater embayment and coastal wetland, the property is therefore part of the TRCA authority.

The project is specifically sized to work within the guidelines of the TRCA while integrating a simple, elegant and cost effective material and construction strategy to execute project through the constrained access of reach rear yard.

Close collaboration is underway between client, architect and contractor. The project is set for construction in Spring of 2026.
