TWO HIGH-END RESIDENCES IN THE HEART OF OUD-ZUID.

Located on Johannes Verhulstraat in Amsterdam's Oud-Zuid, this project transforms a four-storey building with garden house into two spacious luxury residences for market.

The design challenge was to maximize the quality and independence of each unit while upgrading the building to a standard that meets contemporary expectations for high-end Amsterdam living. A new private elevator serves both residences, eliminating the typical access constraints of Amsterdam's historic stair typology.

Each apartment features custom kitchens, integrated floor heating, and a material palette selected for longevity and refinement. A roof extension adds volume to the upper residence, creating additional living space while extending views over the surrounding neighborhood.

The project is currently under construction in collaboration with Noble Bouw and Moscandi.
